A child is considered to be enrolled at the center only after the Director confirms availability of space, the registration fee has been received and the required documents are on file.  ANY change to the enrollment information must be communicated to the Director immediately so current information is ALWAYS on file.  A medical form signed by a physician is required to be on file before the child’s first day.  The medical form must be updated every 12 months.
